Dependency 101 addresses basic procedure for attorneys new to dependency law or looking for a refresher course. The seminar is organized to follow dependency case stages, cover common issues, and review procedures that apply at each juncture.

This thorough training includes relevant child development material; child abuse/neglect elements; applicable substance abuse, domestic violence, and mental health issues; family reunification and reasonable services; and the impact of these factors within the child welfare system.
